Barclays has named veteran banker Rich Ricci as the sole head of the corporate and investment bank, as his former co-head moves into another high-profile role.
Ricci has shared one of the top roles at the bank with Jerry del Missier since 2009, when the duo were named co-chief executives of the corporate and investment bank, or CIB.
