Richmond Park Partners, the investment and advisory boutique set up by a group of former Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein bankers, has recruited a former Barclays and Goldman Sachs executive as a partner to run its financial institutions group.

Guillermo Garcia has joined Richmond Park's advisory team in London as head of financial institutions, with a brief to build the advisory business for European banks, insurers and asset managers.
