Robey Warshaw goes Dutch with first win of 2016

Hot on the heels of a blockbuster 2015 that saw Robey Warshaw break into the European M&A top 10 for the first year ever, the London advisory boutique run by Simon Robey and Simon Warshaw has landed a role on one of 2016’s biggest deals.

Robey Warshaw is among the advisers to the UK group Vodafone, which revealed plans in a February 16 statement to merge its Dutch mobile business with Ziggo, the local operation of US cable company Liberty Global that has broadband and TV businesses, to form a 50:50 joint venture.
