The Mayfair-based advisory boutique run by veteran City bankers Simon Robey and Simon Warshaw has landed its second blockbuster mandate of the year, advising SABMiller after its takeover approach from Anheuser-Busch InBev – a deal that may turn out to be the biggest in Europe in 2015.

The role underlines the success of a new wave of London-based micro-advisers built around the connections and expertise of a small number of veteran dealmakers.
