Rothschild & Co is advising a new fund that is looking to raise £400m to invest in the UK's student accommodation market, the busiest region for sector in Europe.

Arlington Advisors has started raising capital for its UK-focused Arlington Student Accommodation Fund and named Rothschild as lead adviser, according to a statement from the UK asset manager. Peter Everest, a director in Rothschild’s global advisory division, is heading up the the firm’s team.
