Roxboro abandons buyout plans following upbeat results

Roxboro, the UK data communications business, is to abandon a planned management buyout despite having received approaches from a number of private equity firms.

Harry Tee, the company's chief executive, had invited private equity companies to advise on a potential buyout. He and other board members believed the company was fundamentally undervalued by the stock market.
