RLAM taps Londonewcastle for Fulham project

Royal London Asset Management has appointed luxury residential developer Londonewcastle to manage the development of its 2.5 acre site in Fulham. The £200m to £300m project near Hurlingham Park will include 300 apartments, as well as retail and leisure space. The firms are currently crafting a planning application that will go before Hammersmith & Fulham council. David Barnett, chief executive of Londonewcastle, said: "This is an exciting opportunity for Londonewcastle to work with a major UK institution on a prestigious site on the River Thames. We are a specialist London developer with a track record of adding maximum value to property assets."
