Rudolph Giuliani expands on Wall Street

Rudolph Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City, has bought Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, the investment banking arm of the accountancy firm for an undisclosed sum.

His Giuliani Partners - formed when he left office at the end of 2001 - will take over a number of existing relationships with Ernst & Young's clients, and add more than 100 employees to the 40 he has now The Wall Street Journal reports.
