Russell Investments hires EMEA chief

Russell Investments has promoted Pascal Duval to chief executive of its Emea businesses. Duval succeeds Len Brennan, who is now global president and chief executive. Duval joined Russell in 1994, and has worked both as head of institutional investor services, executive managing director of Russell in the Emea region, and head of partnerships and distributions alliances with financial institutions. He will remain on the firm's global executive committee.
