Schroder & Co appoints former Bank of England director

Schroder & Co, Schroders' private bank, has appointed Pen Kent as a non-executive director of the board.

Prior to retiring Kent had a long career at the Bank of England where he was one of four executive directors. Since retiring he has been non-executive director at the NatWest Group, and a member of the development board of Liffe and the London Clearing House. He is currently executive chairman of the European Securities Forum.
