Schroders bids farewell to institutional architect

The head of pan-European institutional distribution at Schroders, who has helped develop a £100 billion book of business for the fund manager across the region, is stepping down.

Miles O'Connor will leave at the end of the April and will take a break before making a career decision. He told Financial News: "I have enjoyed working for Schroders. But I would like to consider a new challenge, possibly with a smaller firm."
