Schroders snags FCA sustainability label for UK property fund

FTSE 100 fund group is third to confirm it has adopted SDR label

Schroders has become one of the first asset managers to receive the Financial Conduct Authority’s blessing to use one of its consumer-friendly ESG labels.

The £774bn fund giant has adopted the ‘sustainability impact’ badge for the Schroders Capital Real Estate Impact fund after being approved by the regulator in August, a spokesperson confirmed to Financial News.
