Shareholders in the Italian directories publisher are a step closer to restructuring the troubled company’s debt but they could end up seeing their equity stake drop to just 15% as a result.

Under a restructuring proposal from a committee of bondholders, Seat Pagine Gialle shareholders including CVC Capital Partners, Permira and Investitori Associati would receive 10% of the company's equity.
