SFA acts against corporate finance arranger

Corporate finance arranger Griffith & Lamb has been forced to cease trading by the Securities and Futures Authority (SFA) for falsely claiming to have reached the minimum subscription requirement for a client's Ofex listing.

The SFA issued an intervention order against the firm and an employee, John Charles Hallworth.
