Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley have completed Russia's largest initial public offering, raising $1.35bn (€1bn) for conglomerate Sistema at a price just below the mid-point of the bookbuilding range.

Sources close to the flotation said the book was more than 2.5 times covered at the issue price.
