Skandia overhauls UK equities manager roster

Skandia Investment Group, a retail multi-manager specialist, has jettisoned three asset managers from the line-up of its closely-followed UK equities funds - completing an overhaul of its Best Ideas range following a run of disappointing performance last year.

On their way out are Andrew Kelly and David Stevenson of Ignis Asset Management's Cartesian boutique, Jupiter Asset Management's UK equity-income star Anthony Nutt, and Dan Hanbury, a top manager at River & Mercantile. No new UK equity managers will be brought in as replacements.
