David Sola, mergers and acquisitions expert at UBS Warburg, is leaving the bank.

Friends say Sola - who worked alongside Warren Finegold and Hartmuth Jung in the European M&A until a few months ago when he became head of the bank's wireless team in London - is likely to surface at Softbank, the Japanese internet investor.
