Stamford does first deal

Stamford Corporate Finance, one of a host of advisory boutiques founded in London this year, has announced its first deal.

The firm advised Insinger de Beaufort, the Anglo-Dutch bank, on the €183m ($215m) sale of its financial administration arm to Candover, the private equity firm.
