Stanley Capital Partners has swooped on a US pharma company in the latest sign of buyout appetite for the healthcare sector, Financial News sister title Private Equity News can reveal.

The London-based private equity house has acquired Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance Services Solutions from Astorg and Nordic Capital-backed Clario.
