State Street wins London pension funds mandate

State Street Corporation, the Boston-based global bank, has been chosen to provide investment services for the pension funds of the London Boroughs of Havering and Greenwich, which are worth £750m (€1.1bn) in assets.

The Havering scheme has appointed State Street to provide custody services for £250m in assets while the Greenwich superannuation fund has appointed the firm to provide fund accounting for £500m in assets.
