Family-owned investment bank Stephens has bolstered its UK operation with two senior bankers from rival Houlihan Lokey.

Lawrence Guthrie and Yashin Mody have joined Stephens' London-based team to focus on specialty-finance deals, a spokesperson confirmed to Financial News.
