Sternberg quits as Deutsche CIO

Peter Harrison moves in from JP Morgan Fleming

Karl Sternberg is parting company with Deutsche Asset Management as its chief investment officer in Europe and Asia.

Sternberg is currently on sick leave from DeAM, and was due to return to work in September. However, Deutsche has confirmed that he will not be coming back. Sternberg intends to take some time off before making a decision on future plans.
