Stirling Square funds Schoeller expansion plans

Schoeller Wavin Systems (SWS), a Dutch-German plastics manufacturer, has amassed a war chest for acquisitions following a €145m ($169m) recapitalisation and €29m equity injection from Stirling Square Capital Partners, a European private equity firm.

The recapitalisation is an exit for minority investor JP Morgan Partners, the private equity arm of the investment bank, and Schoeller, a German family with a number of business interests.
