Sullivan & Cromwell boosts Paris practice with new hire

Sullivan & Cromwell, the US law firm, has added a partner to its Paris office to boost its corporate capabilities.

Gauthier Blanluet joins the firm at the start of next year. He is a French tax specialist, and also advises on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets matters, and general business law.
