Supply of high-yield debt set to double

The supply of euro-denominated high-yield bonds in 2002 is set to more than double, thanks to a host of deals set for launch in the last four months of the year.

The European high-yield market has seen just €3bn ($3bn) of issuance this year, according to data from Dealogic. The burgeoning pipeline of deals is set to unleash roughly €4bn of fresh supply before the year's end.
