Telecity unveils £59m offer for Redbus

Telecity, a private equity-backed data centre provider, has made a £58.9m (€86.7m) recommended cash offer for Redbus, a quoted UK competitor.

Telecity, which floated on the London stock exchange in 2000, was taken private in September by 3i and Oak Hill Investors, a US venture capital firm.
