Terra Firma hires ex-RBS banker

Hire comes shortly after the Guy Hands-led firm appointed former supermarket CEO Justin King as its vice chairman

Terra Firma Capital Partners has added to the recent high-profile hire of ex-Sainsbury's CEO Justin King with the appointment of former Royal Bank of Scotland structured lending specialist as a managing director.

Peter Miholich, a credit specialist who was until late 2012 global head of strategic equity at RBS, joined Terra Firma in September, a spokesman confirmed. At RBS, Miholich oversaw a structured lending portfolio of $5 billion and a global team of 45.
