My colleague comes into work several days a week painfully hungover, moans about it and works really slowly if at all. Should I say something?

Just because they are not drunk in a ditch does not mean your colleague does not have a drinking problem. High functioning alcoholics who hold down successful careers and don’t even think they have a problem are relatively common in the City.
