It's tempting to think the City has less to worry about during this election campaign than it normally would. The winner appears fairly likely and is a party that tends to be by far the most popular in the Square Mile.

Even Labour's plans for a financial transaction tax are unlikely to raise much concern given the low likelihood of a victory for Jeremy Corbyn and co.
