Thoma Bravo raises €1.8bn for debut Europe fund

The move comes more than two years after the private equity software giant opened an office in London

Thoma Bravo has wrapped up its first European-focused fund.

The software giant has raised roughly €1.8bn in capital commitments for its debut vehicle on the continent, having launched the fund in 2023 with a €1.5bn target.
