Threadneedle confirms operations chief as CEO

The managing director of Threadneedle Investments, who has just overseen a reorganisation of the £72.1bn (€107bn) fund manager's back office, has been promoted to group chief executive, following a series of new hires.

Crispin Henderson will become group chief executive, replacing Simon Davies, at the end of this month. Davies will step up to become executive chairman of the group.
