Merrill's O'Neal to answer bank discrimination charge

Stanley O'Neal, chairman and chief executive of Merrill Lynch, has been dragged into a racial-discrimination lawsuit being brought against the investment bank by a financial adviser at the firm.

According to the Associated Press Linda Friedman, of the Chicago law firm Stowell & Friedman, said O'Neal will provide a deposition which will be due on November 1.
