UK business chiefs depart Schroders, SSgA and Barings

A trio of distribution specialists leave asset management giants, Financial News has learned

London business heads at three big fund managers are leaving their roles, Financial News has learned.

Geoff Cheetham, head of UK institutional clients at Schroders, is to leave the £375 billion fund manager, a spokeswoman for the company confirmed to FN. A person familiar with the group said the move was announced in an internal memo on December 6.
