Leading City lawyer Rachel Kent will head up the body that investigates complaints into the City’s regulators from January.

Kent, a partner at Hogan Lovells, will take over from Amerdeep Somal as the financial regulators complaints commissioner on 1 January for a five-year term, according to a Treasury announcement.
