Top M&A specialists quit Calyon

Michelle Ménard and Michel Payan, two of the most senior mergers and acquisitions bankers at Calyon, the French investment bank, have left.

Ménard ran the financial institutions group at Crédit Agricole Indosuez, the former investment banking division of Crédit Agricole, while Payan ran the M&A department at Crédit Lyonnais. Both left over the summer.
