Transatlantic private equity firm TowerBrook Capital Partners has hired a managing partner from advisory firm McKinsey & Company to spearhead its operations at portfolio company level.
Hugh Harper, who worked at McKinsey for almost 13 years, has been a partner at the advisory firm's London office and led its European private equity & financial services practice.
