Trader sues Nylon over share of profits

A trader has sued his former employer Nylon Capital, a UK hedge fund manager, claiming it owes him a share of its profits, despite the fact that his own trades were loss-making.

Domenico Crapanzano, who started at Nylon Capital when it was founded in 2004 by former Barclays Capital prop trader Alan Burnell, has sued the firm after leaving it a year ago. He now works at Bank of America.
