Tradeware buys Omiris

Omiris, a former portfolio company of Carlyle Europe Venture Partners which went into voluntary liquidation last year, has been bought by Tradeware, a US software company, in which Carlyle is now a shareholder.

The US group has taken over Omiris's European trade order routeing and settlement system as part of the acquisition of its parent company, Broker-to-Broker Networks.
