An employment tribunal has dismissed a former Lloyds employee's claim of a "widespread culture of institutionalised discrimination against white heterosexual males" at the bank.

The ex-Lloyds staffer, referred to as Mr B Drummond in court documents, took the matter to an employment tribunal after a series of incidents where he claimed women and non-white candidates were unfairly picked above him for secondments and other vacancies.
