Trustpilot raises £473m in London Stock Exchange float

Shares in the Danish review website rose after admission to the exchange

Danish review website Trustpilot has raised £473m in a listing on the London Stock Exchange that gives the company a market capitalisation of £1.08bn.

The company’s existing shareholders raised nearly £427m through the sale of 161m shares at 265p per share, while Trustpilot raised about £47m through the sale of 17.6m shares.
