Two Italian M&A deals build on long-standing relationships

The conclusion of two Italian M&A deals, both involving Lehman Brothers, stemmed largely from long-standing advisory relationships.

Lehman's clients were Finmeccanica, the Italian defence group, and Crown Castle International, the US communications company. Filipo Boria, a director in the general industrials mergers and acquisitions team, worked on both deals.
