Koby Englender, a managing director at UBS and a senior banker within its emerging markets equity capital markets unit, has left the bank.

Englender, a veteran of the Swiss bank for nearly 12 years, was also tasked with the origination of equity-linked deals at the bank. His exit earlier this month is linked to a broader retreat from some emerging markets, according to people familiar with the matter.
