UBS hires Morgan Stanley’s former European equity-linked head Renaudin in Asia push

The Swiss bank has bolstered its equity capital markets team in the region after Morgan Stanley man moves to Singapore

UBS has hired the former head of equity-linked origination at Morgan Stanley in Europe for a senior role leading its team of specialists in Asia.

Pierre-Alexis Renaudin, who left Morgan Stanley earlier this month in order to move to Singapore with his family, has quickly re-emerged into a new post. He will become head of strategic equity for Asia-Pacific at UBS in the city state, according to people familiar with the appointment.
