UBS has named a new head of leveraged and debt capital markets as part of a broader shake-up of senior dealmakers.

Marc Warm, who previously led leveraged finance at Credit Suisse, has been named global head of leveraged and debt capital markets, according to a person familiar with the matter. He takes over from London-based David Slade, who has moved into the role of vice-chair of global banking.
