UBS pays €435m for CCR

UBS Global Asset Management will complete its fourth asset management acquisition in a year by acquiring Commerzbank's Paris-based funds business, as Financial News first reported last month.

UBS today said that it has agreed to acquire the Caisse Centrale de Reescompte Group from Commerzbank for €435m ($619m). The deal is expected to close in the first three months of next year, pending regulatory approval.
