A director from Swiss bank UBS' wealth management arm, serving families worth more than $30m apiece, has left the bank in order to start a boutique.

Campbell Gordon, who has operated out of London for seven years, recently quit to set up the initiative, likely to take the form of a multi-family family office, according to sources.
