UBS Warburg loses M&A co-head

Brian Hanson, co-head of mergers and acquisitions at UBS Warburg, has quit his position and is considering setting up his own private equity business.

Hanson has resigned after seven years at the bank. He worked in New York, along with fellow M&A co-head Richard Leaman.
