US firm to buy Guernsey stock exchange for £70m

The International Stock Exchange is Europe’s latest bourse to go up for sale

A US exchange operator has agreed to buy Guernsey bourse The International Stock Exchange for more than £70m.

Tise has accepted a cash offer from Miami International Holdings, which already has a 29.5% stake in the firm.
