Vieillevigne set to resign after Ixis strategy clash

Laurent Vieillevigne, is set to resign as global head of corporate and institutional clients at Ixis Corporate and Investment Bank, part of French savings group Caisse d'Epargne. He is the second most senior executive at the investment bank.

Senior banking sources in Paris said Vieillevigne will quit following a disagreement over strategy. It is not thought he has a new job.
