Watson Wyatt loses out to Bacon & Woodrow

Bacon & Woodrow has replaced Watson Wyatt as actuarial adviser to trustees of the £850m Former Registered Dock Workers Pension Fund.

Watson Wyatt will continue to provide investment advice, but Bacon & Woodrow will now be in charge of valuation advice and liability modelling for the 19,000 member scheme. This comes just weeks after Watson Wyatt was replaced by Lane Clark & Peacock after 55 years as investment adviser to the £200m Barnardo's fund.
